A smooth and sweet white rum made with molasses from Australia, slow fermented and distilled to perfection in our custom-made copper pot still from Germany. Non-chill filtered to keep all its flavours. Our first release is proofed at 48.4% which makes it perfect for cocktails but is still smooth enough to be enjoyed on the rocks.
