In order to create this rum, we have infused our complex white rum with 200 kg of freshly roasted cacao beans from renowned local chocolate artisan Gaston Chocolat. The cacao is grown, fermented and dried on Malekula, Vanuatu’s second-largest island, renown for the quality of cacao it produces. 

Inspired by our colleagues at Cacao Prieto, a chocolate factory and distillery based in Brooklyn, New York. We discovered this liqueur while visiting distilleries in New York and vowed to make a similar product using our own single origin cacao from Vanuatu.
